Our management team is strong with wide reach and depth in the technology, finance and supply chain and logistics industries. Geoffrey B. Davis, Director, Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Davis has over 20 years experience in the transportation logistics sector. Most recently, Mr. Davis was an Operating Advisor to two private equity partners (CD Metropolous and J.W. Childs), for which he conducted intensive supply-chain, manufacturing and operational overhauls of Pinnacle Foods, culminating in the sale of that company to The Blackstone Group for $2.16 billion. Prior to that engagement, Mr. Davis served as Executive Vice President, Operating Officer of ES3, which he helped build into the technology leader and the premier niche CPG (consumer package/grocery) lead logistics provider (LLP) and supply chain management firm in the U.S. While at ES3, Geoff helped ES3 grow revenues from $2 million to $165 million, integrated more than 27 manufacturing and distribution partners and managed almost $6 billion in annual product throughput. Since 1987, Geoff has designed and implemented novel processes and technologies that altered market segments and redefined core operating processes in the parcel, truckload, air freight, inter-modal, courier and warehousing industries. John G. Flick, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Flick brings over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy and operations in the import, distribution and logistics businesses. Prior to joining Unified he spent 6 years with ES3, LLC and its affiliate C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc., At ES3, he was the firm’s first CFO and the Vice President of Process Engineering and Economics. In this role he became known in the supply chain sector as a leader in engineered process design and cost accounting, developing the financial and management reporting processes and procedures, financial integration and business process improvement and mapping activities based on Lean Management principles, ISO-9000, TQM processes, and SAS 70 requirements. Prior to joining ES3, was Vice President and CFO of Chiquita Frupac, Inc., with responsibility for Finance / Controllership / Treasury functions, Strategic Planning, IT, and Supply Chain / Procurement. Prior to ES3, Mr. Flicks experience includes financial, logistics and Far East operations experience with Wilson Sporting Goods Company, Inc., a major importer and manufacturer of consumer goods. He earned his B.S in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and M.B.A from Columbia University. Contact:
